One-on-One Personal Training

Progressive Performance and Wellness (PPW) takes an integrated and systematic approach to personal training. Our system uses all of our available resources to produce consistent plans and results based on our client’s goals and screening. PPW personal training is results oriented. Our programs are based on objective, scientific protocols while creating a positive and fun environment for our clients.

 

30 minute Express Training

For those pressed for time or just looking for a quick workout, we use a variety of tools and methods such as suspension training, whole body vibration, plyometrics, speed/agility training and more to get maximum results in minimal time.

 

Semi Private Training

Bring a friend or two to this 45 minute circuit based session. This format can help you get more from your experience with additional support without sacrificing the individual attention we provide.
